Website showed a sale but checkout did not reflect
Within a few hours I received an email apology stating that they will give me the discount. Apparently I didn't see the "apply promo" button. Thanks

Hi Leon. I am so sorry to hear the price at checkout was different than you expected. I reviewed your order and see that the current promotion was not applied once the items were moved to the shopping cart. Please note that because we offer more than one promo, we give the customer the option to choose which to apply. We make our main promo the easiest to apply by simply clicking the apply promo bottom at the bottom. I apologize for any confusion. I sent you a message regarding your order.
