Easy to find the teas and more. Don't care for the shipping charge otherwise the site is easy to navigate.
Ordered two of their wireless automated cat water fountains but their batteries died after 6 months. Ordered their metal wireless cat automated water fountain. Took over a month to received. Once I set it up I knew within two weeks after receiving my cats weren't interested. Contacted the company which is based in China and was told that the 30 day return policy had expired. I told them that because of their delay in shipping I only had the item 2 weeks. They did not care. Had to trash the item. Bad products and terrible customer service.
Chewy, in my opinion, for some reason unknownst to me, has suffered a horrible downslide. In my opinion, Chewy was once an amicable, thriving company, but now has seemed to have suffered a horrible setback. Their customer service is poor. Their canned food arrives badly damaged, their inventory is low, and many needed or wanted items can not even be found on the Chewy app, sending the consumer to other online pet apps and / or e-commerce apps. I hope Chewy comes around eventually because they were a nice convenient way to order pet items, but for now, my local pet store is where I choose to shop for my pets needs.

Thought I had done my homework when looking for a new car. I decided on a Subaru. Went to Stohlman in Sterling VA. The car I purchased is very nice with a couple of quirks. The initial cost was reasonable but after all was said and done it cost me a small fortune. Everyone there, with the exception of two gentlemen in the service department, were very nice. After a few months I began having difficulties with my phone and the hook up to the cars computer, the service departments manager wanted to take my phone "for a few hours" and see what he could do. I am not going to leave my phone, which contains a lot of personal and business information with a complete stranger. Decided to just live with the cars quirks and move on.

All looked so nice online but when received 90 percent of the order was either damaged, made improperly and just very cheaply made. Their shipping is very slow.

The quality of their products has reduced significantly since I first started using them over a year ago. The turkey jerky was full of flavor but now is nothing more then rabbit pellets. The bags they ship their nuts and other products in are suppose to be reseable allowing the product to stay fresh but even when the bags are sealed the bags feel up with air and the product goes stale fast. Their shipping is poor. They state you will receive your product in one to two days but with their shipping method, CDL, you may get in less than a week. Their customer service is fast but you get tired of hearing their excuses. Very disappointed for they were my go to for quality products but not anymore.

Order often form Walmart. Like their products. Can get here and nowhere else. Wish they would not use the post office for deliveries.
Referred to a primary doctor I wouldn't trust a rat with. The primary care doctor was nothing but an arrogant, unethical witch. Love to hear herself talk, doesn't listen to the patient. Describes medications that are unnecessary. Told this doctor that I had a fatty liver and she stated this was a menopausal issue, this was so very WRONG.
When I questioned her she said if I don't like it then I can go elsewhere and kicked me out of her office but not before collecting $90. She brushes the seriousness of certain lab results off as age related. Saw another doctor for these elevations and glad I did for they could become life threatening and needed to be monitored.
