I placed 3 orders on MyBrittany.com and they charged $130.59 from my account. I received the first order except for 1 item (they removed it even though it's available in their site). For the 2 remaining orders, upon seeing that they have not shipped them after 6 days, I called *******719 to ask for my order status. The lady said "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT YOUR ORDERS. YOU ONLY ORDERED ADD-ONS". Nope, I also ordered for clothes. But I ordered a lot of shoes and glasses. I mean, hello, we are talking about remaining $74.73 that they took from me and items that were not shipped. So, I asked if they are going to give my money back coz they already took it. MyBrittany said "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT YOUR ORDERS. WE ARE TOO BUSY". Seriously, granted that I didn't immediately see their note in their website that you have to order the clothes before you can order add-ons, the fact remains that I ordered clothes, shoes, and glasses in the 3 orders and their website allowed me to place the orders and they charged my account accordingly. How rude of them to say "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT YOUR ORDERS. WE ARE TOO BUSY" instead of at least letting me know what's wrong and to tell me that they will just cancel my orders. So guys, if your orders are just $130+, this company is RUDE —-. I'll follow up to take my money back coz they're fast in taking your money even though they have no intention of shipping your items. Don't make your kids expect for items from this company until you receive them already.
