I ordered 3 outfits from them and qualified for free shipping. I am working on a special project and have a budget I have to meet so free shipping was a factor when placing my order. 2 were out of stock so instead of shipping the 1 outfit in stock and honoring free shipping, after Brandon was extremely rude to me and just canceled my order completely. Quality customer service is truly a lost art in this day and age. Dont waste your time ordering from this trash company
Ordered in early November, it's now over a month since I ordered. The shipment never arrived. I left lots of messages and emails and was never given a tracking number. Only now after saying I was going to have to have the credit card reverse the charge did they tell me they're processing a refund. We'll see if it actually works.

This company is a joke I ordered from them on December 14 2019 and I have still not received my merchandise. Not only did they ruin a themed gift for Christmas they just kept my money and have ignored all attempts of me trying to get it or even return my messages left
For those of you out there looking for 18" doll clothes... DO NOT buy from this site. I should have read the reviews as I seem to be in the grouping of folks who have not received their merchandise and no other explanation beyond "inventory". What I ordered were part of a birthday gift. In today's day and age, at least a response to my emails would be appreciated. If there is a "higher up" I can report this to, I will do it unless I get a satisfactory reply or the products that I ordered.

I placed an order in November and asked how long they estimated shipping would take. After receiving no response, I reached out to their FB page and asked there. Still no response, next thing I know the order was cancelled. I called their phone number and the woman was very rude and kept telling me that she didn't have time to answer my questions. She gave me multiple excuses about why my order was cancelled, none of which made sense and when I pointed it out she rudely told me that she didn't have time for me and told me to replace my order but that I wouldn't be able to ask any questions about it and then she hung up on me. I placed 2 more orders, one of which got cancelled immediately, however my money still has not been refunded for that even though I have an open PayPal claim from a week ago. My third (and final) order was also cancelled with no explanation. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would not recommend them to anyone. The woman is clearly too stressed to be running a business like this and taking it out on her customers is only going to lead to trouble.

Finally I got an email back saying " you said you didn't want this outfit" NO I didn't say that. Got another email within 5 minutes that said my order was "refunded"

If you are outside of the USA be VERY careful when ordering from this supplier. I was very excited to place an order with them after finding this new supplier for my Australian based doll store. Order was placed on the 10th of May for $769 USD of stock. I sent them an email immediately letting them know who I was, my business details and if there were any issues with the order to let me know. They responded after a couple of days asking for proof of ID and a written email stating I was using a freight forwarder (very common, I do it with all my US stock to minimise my shipping costs). Then they went silent on my, I repeatedly asked for confirmation my order was being processed as it was now the 4th of June and the order still had not been fulfilled. After many many emails begging for an update and beginning to get very worried I was dealing with a scammer. They finally responded with a very vague question about why I had used two different addresses - I hadn't! An absolutely horrible customer service experience, I have dealt with Sophia's Dolls Clothes and American Fashion World for years with no issues. This company is terrible to deal with so beware!

This is a horrible company. The items pictured online are not what you receive and their customer service is the worst! They will literally mock you, it's ridiculous! Also, the clothes they say is for the Wellie Wishers dolls is very hard to put on, the clothes doesn't stretch and the dolls arms don't bend so you have to position the doll very carefully so you don't break anything. A child can't do it on their own so be prepared to change all the dolls outfits yourself or have to buy a new doll when their arm gets ripped off. Be warned and stay away from them.
*pictured is the "pig" I received. Which when I later told them it didn't look like a pig they claimed to not know which pig I was talking about. I also attached a photo of the pig on their website which is completely different.
The outfits are pictured with shoes and it doesn't say on anywhere on the description that the shoes aren't included. I told them it was misleading and they said I should "read", I looked everywhere and didn't see it on the listing for the one I purchased but later saw it on a listing for another doll with the same outfit in a different size that the shoes weren't included.
They were very rude and condescending. Usually companies are very apologetic of any issues but that was not the case with this company. They later mocked me on their Instagram story.
I added photos of the listing to show it doesn't say anything about shoes not being included. But they literally mocked and laughed at me for bringing it to their attention and telling them it was misleading. Which it is!
Also, when you attempt to submit a product review directly on their website it says "pending approval" they don't approve any negative reviews. That just proves how sketchy of a company they are.
I ordered, $44 for clothing on a 14.5 inch doll, this was a gift to a little girl, that her life is not great. Your company and the post office said it was delivered. I have not received the items. Called your office with little or no care what's so ever about the situation. She told me over and over to call the post office, nothing she could do. She was not shipping product out that's she is not getting paid for. Which, I did not ask for that and I perfectly understand that. However, she did not know how much or what I ordered. Never got to the point of what my order number was. Not her problem attitude. Very unprofessional, on the call, guy in the background, making comments, about the call. Did not argue or raise me my voice. What I said was very polite. "I understand, Ok thank you" A little compassion and customer service goes a long way. I do not think I will purchase anything from your company, not because, I didn't get something for free. But because of the poor customer service I received. Did not respond to my email or message me back through PayPal. It is in transit somewhere. It is a shame because these items were truly wanted. I have thought about it and I have changed my point of view. Why should I have to pay for something I did not receive. No proof of it being delivered, just hear say by you and the post office. No picture showing of the delivery. Post office is at fault, too. It is your responsibility to make sure the product gets to me, I paid for that, with you not the post office. Should of looked at the reviews.

I placed 3 orders on MyBrittany.com and they charged $130.59 from my account. I received the first order except for 1 item (they removed it even though it's available in their site). For the 2 remaining orders, upon seeing that they have not shipped them after 6 days, I called *******719 to ask for my order status. The lady said "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT YOUR ORDERS. YOU ONLY ORDERED ADD-ONS". Nope, I also ordered for clothes. But I ordered a lot of shoes and glasses. I mean, hello, we are talking about remaining $74.73 that they took from me and items that were not shipped. So, I asked if they are going to give my money back coz they already took it. MyBrittany said "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT YOUR ORDERS. WE ARE TOO BUSY". Seriously, granted that I didn't immediately see their note in their website that you have to order the clothes before you can order add-ons, the fact remains that I ordered clothes, shoes, and glasses in the 3 orders and their website allowed me to place the orders and they charged my account accordingly. How rude of them to say "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO BABYSIT YOUR ORDERS. WE ARE TOO BUSY" instead of at least letting me know what's wrong and to tell me that they will just cancel my orders. So guys, if your orders are just $130+, this company is RUDE —-. I'll follow up to take my money back coz they're fast in taking your money even though they have no intention of shipping your items. Don't make your kids expect for items from this company until you receive them already.
