They do not send products on time. When you cancel the order they do not refund. They dont reply to mails or calls. Horrible customer service. Unethical means of conducting business.
Tip for consumers:
They do not ship products on time. They do not respond to customers timely. To issue a refund they make you wait 15 business days.

cell phone never received!!!

Dear Levent Kiriscioglu,
1. Quick reminder - you bought an item that ships within 15-25 business days after purchase, but you were the one who decided to pull the plug and cancel.
2. We let you know that the refund would be processed by June 19. So your "they do not refund" claim doesn't really make much sense. Last time we checked, today's date isn't even June 19.
3. We reply to all emails and calls. In fact, you talked with one of our reps just a couple of hours ago by phone. So don't lie.
4. "Unethical means of conducting business". That's quite a childish distortion, here's the full email transcript for everyone to see:
