“Poor flowers”

I ordered flowers for my sister as her husband had just passed away. I asked my nephew how the flowers were and he advised the florists that delivered them was very friendly but the flowers were not high quality. I had him send me a picture and was shocked at the quality of some of the flowers. I contacted pro flowers and never received a response. I will never use them again
