I found this website after I tried to buy some furniture from Homary.com. The delivery would take a few months to arrive so I cancelled my order right away, asked for refund which by the way I am still waiting for. Then I found the same item on Newlynhome website; they promise on the site to deliver withing 2-3 weeks. I never got an email confirmation after I placed an order, then discovered that my bank suspected a fraud and rejected that transaction. I went back on the website and they don't even have a phone number, just a link Contact Us to message them. I sent them a message via that link, asked to cancel an order. Suddenly I got an email confirming an order and a purchase that I was trying to cancel. They sent me a second email stating they're charging me 25% restock fee plus they're charging me $1.75 per pound to cancel an order withing 24 hrs of purchase. Of course that item weight is about 300 lbs (furniture). Is this even legal? Can they really charge consumers for cancelling an order right away? It's insane! Please stay away from Newlynhome.com website, don't ever purchase anything from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THAT COMPANY. Merchandise looks awesome on pictures and yes, it used to be a decent product. I purchased from them twice this year and OMG... The quality is absolutely horrible! When we spend $80-$115 for a garment we expect something nice, right? The merchandise I received was made out of the cheapest fabric which stretches, wrinkles and is super thin, not a travel suit fabric at all like they advertise. Believe me, you can buy the same clothes for $19.99, the same quality. Don't buy from them if you don't want to waste your time and money. Terrible quality...
