C/S in Philippines, have no idea what is going on in Canada; freedom stores never answer the calls; lack of phone stock, overall terrible. Looks like we all customers are on the same page: 1 star review. Freedom owners, wake up.

Tip for consumers:
freedom service MUST be improved. Please hire ppl who are well trained - some indian guys ( from some stores I called) are nasty on the phone.
