It was easy to place the order and I think I received the item before the expected delivery date (bonus!) I am pleased with my custom made cover and I would purchase from them again. I may be making another purchase from them in the near future.

I've shopped here for about ten years. Their customer service and product offerings are unbeatable. I just love the people who work for Herroon and I love the service they provide. I tell everyone I know (who has breasts) to get their bras here!

I would not suggest ordering anything like extensions or hair (anything you think you might need to return or exchange). They have been, however, very reliable for purchasing things that are over-the-counter items not sold in my area (ethnic hair supplies like conditioners, shampoos, styling aids, "hair grease", etc.) I never had a problem with the time and quality of shipping until I tried to order hair extensions... that was when it was a nightmare. I've purchased other items from them about six times with no problem before that and since.
