Ordered pants for Christmas. At Christmas time received an email that it would be several more weeks. Now that Feb has passed I contacted them. They said because I didn't buy the insurance, the only thing they could do would be for me to pay half again! No thank you! Smells like a scam. Learned my lesson. My worst shopping on line experience!

UPDATE: After reading this review, they refunded by money. I still will not do business with them in the future but thanks sitejabber.
