This is one of my favorite online stores! Every order has been on time if not delivered earlier than told. I've ordered clothes, shoes, jewelry, blankets and not once was I disappointed! Also makes great gifts for my family since I live on a tight budget because my boys were extremely happy with the hoodies, my girls loved the sandals and my granddaughter takes her mermaid blanket everywhere she goes! My ONLY problem is I don't make enough money to buy everything I want!

The shoes we ordered were too small and we paid $14.99 for express shipping, they didn't make the 3-6 day ship time! Not to mention bc this company is out of China, they only want to refund $10 and you keep the shoes that don't fit! They know your screwed due to the shipping prices to China so, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TA AGAIN!

DO NOT SHOP THERE! The clothes were not even close to what they looked like in the pics. The clothes are unfinished, poor quality, asian-sized (medium = small/extra small), plus you have to deal with customs duty because the clothes are probably made in some sweatshop in China. All the clothes i ordered (and were delivered 3 months after purchase) went straight to the trashcan. Dont waste your time & money on this cheat company!
I ordered mermaid tail blanket beginning of Nov 2016 for my daughter's birthday, never came, not for Christmas, and now probably not for Valentine's either. They took my money, said my email was not registered with them ( although I get advertisements every week) so could not make a complaint. Tried through facebook and a response was sent that it would be here for the first week in January and still no package. Very disappointed at how deceitful this company is.

I ordered a few orders from twinkledeals before this happened. This time, according to Canada Post, they sent the package with an incomplete address so the package was returned to sender. When I finally made contact with twinkledeals they gave me one of two options.
1. Receive 1/2 my money back in the form of credit.
2. Receive half my money back through Paypal
I chose number two but there should have been just one choice: SHIP THE PACKAGE BACK. Unacceptable.

I am really happy with shopping in this store. My order arrived fairly quickly (shipping to Poland). Clothes are good quality and a good size.In the store are a huge selection of different things - clothes, accessories, jewelry! I recommend - I will definitely buy something more. The minus is that the order can be separated into 2 or 3 packages. Overall, it is not a big problem!
I can't help but agree that some of the quality is very poor and it takes a while to ship. I have been able to find my order online and have received updates as each portion of this order ships. It comes from China and it's cheap price but I think overall is not bad. Just order a size up, Chinese Asian women are small
I still have yet to get my pants i ordered if somebody could please help me out!

This company are scammers based in China and they will never give out their shipping address (for returns and correspondence) even when asked point blank. They are also known as: rosewe.com, dresslily.com, rosegal.com, trendsgal.com, rosewholesale.com, sammydress.com. They have many more. Com addresses. I will add here as I find them.

I have got better quality dish cloths! Avoid ordering anything from this site. Nobody responds to emails and you don't get your full order. If part orders are sent out you would think you would be notified. The only time it would appear the order status gets updated is when you ask where your order is and why the order status remains at 'processing!' They items look like they have just been cut out in the cheapest material and thrown together. Can't say I would ever recommend!
I ordered two jumpers which eventually arrived weeks & weeks later. The quality is absolutely terrible and although they are supposed to be the same jumper but in 2 different colours - they are totally different quality and knit! They look like children have knit them with snags and missed stitches everywhere. I have tried in vain to get my money back but the problem is they must be returned to China which will cost more than the jumpers refund in the first place so its a no win situation

I ordered a bunch of clothes worth $700 dollars. The order was cancelled with no legitatimate reason and I was refunded only a portion of my money. I email them to query and there was no response.
I tried again this last week and again my credit card was debited and an email received with a tracking number. And then a day later I was told that my order had been cancelled and that a part of my money would be refunded. I followed up with an email to query this to their support email address and I have received zero feedback.
I am convinced that these guys are running a scam. Shocking non delivery.

I saw the reviews if this company here, it was yellow, but the recent coments were good. In fact is the faster I have never seen (Im in Italy) and the products were good! I am satisfied with my order, I received it within 10 days and the price is reasonable.
Ordered goods in November, did not receive them. They are now saying I should have taken out insurance. Never had that on any other company. SCAM COMPANY. Stay away from them, they just want your money. I refused their kind offer of refunding half my money (which was not a lot), I doubt I would have received it anyway. On reading other reviews I see that I not the only one to have experienced this.

After a lengthy and protracted conversation I have received a refund for the two dresses I ordered in February. The second dress never arrived. I shall not buy from twinkledeals again. It took a lot of emails and negotiating websites to find out where my order was. The estimated 25 days was far from the reality, the effort was not worth it. I cannot even submit this review because I have to go back to the email to find the website. Not good enough

Ordered pants for Christmas. At Christmas time received an email that it would be several more weeks. Now that Feb has passed I contacted them. They said because I didn't buy the insurance, the only thing they could do would be for me to pay half again! No thank you! Smells like a scam. Learned my lesson. My worst shopping on line experience!

I ordered a dress with some trepidation, having had a bad experience with an order from China before. The dress had been reduced to £20 with no P&P so I decided it was worth the risk and that if it was no good I would simply put it down to experience and not order again. It was quite a long wait, just over a month, which is fair enough, and when it arrived I was thrilled! The dress is exactly as described, fits perfectly and is a good quality cloth. It's not designer finish but is extremely good for what I paid, and even if i had paid the original, non-sale price (more than twicw as much) i would still consider that I had a bargain. I will definitely buy from this company again.
While I received my order in the 8-15 business day time frame, the quality was ridiculously cheap. It wasn't soft - not even fabric softner would help. Overall, you wait for a long time to get what you paid for.
