I've ordered a number of times from this company and it absolutely boggles my mind that they take up to three weeks just to ship your order. According to a news article I read this company turns over $700,000k worth of crystals per month and still won't bother spending money on packing and shipping their orders within a reasonable time frame for their customers. Their customer service is slow and sometimes they don't respond for days in ongoing conversations so you have to keep following them up. Their products, especially their crystals, are ridiculously overpriced and are usually unremarkable, small and sub par specimens. I ordered a mystery box (which they outrageously claim has over $250 worth of value in it) and received a bunch of small, bottom of the barrel, murky crystals, some of which I actually threw away. Their slick marketing claims your crystals are intuitively picked for you and while it's not what you expect (read: not good quality) it's what you "truly needed" because the universe brought it to you. This helps them get away with selling an average, cheap product for more money and is total bull$#*!. I dislike how fake this company is because they hold up a spiritual, loving facade on social media but care more about profits than their customers. The mystery boxes are just an excuse to get rid of their worst crystals and stuff it with lots of cheap things like incense and "free gifts" (a crystal chip half the size of my pinky nail) to give you a false sense of abundance. They get away with it because their marketing game is strong and their packaging is well designed. Don't buy into it. Whatever you do, don't buy crystals from these people and only buy their candles and sprays when they have a 30% off sale. I've learned my (very expensive) lesson.

We pride ourself on transparency, out dispatch times say 1-15 days + shipping for mystery boxes. I am sorry you missed this.
