**Stackry-USA to Japan**

I used Stackry twice to do a personalized shopping in the USA on my behalf and later ship the goods to Japan.
The first order went smoothly without any complication or surprises.
The second order was not as smooth as the first one, after they placed my order, the supplier cancelled the order because they no longer ship to Stackry forwarding address in the USA (this was a tax free address).
>>>Starckry informed me that they will reorder my good but then it will be shipped to a different address(taxable address), so I had to top up to cover for Tax.

Goods finally arrived at Stackry warehouse, it turns out that the supplier delivered the one order in three different parcels that arrived at Stackry warehouse in different days. After two of the three parcel arrived at their warehouse, Stackry informed me that all my parcel have been received and are ready for forwarding to my address in Japan. Unknowingly that there part of the order has not been received, I ordered and paid them to forward the goods. A day after the parcel has been dispatched, I received a new email that a parcel has been received for me again by Stackry, upon inspection they realized it was part of the order they had already shipped to me.

** Parcel flow UK to Namibia**

I used Parcel flow once to do a personalized shopping in the UK on my behalf and later ship the goods to Namibia.

I paid for the personal shopping service and for the goods, then it was time to wait for the notification email that my goods have been received by Parcel flow. Five days later no email, I thus decided to send them an email, that's when they replied that the supplier did not deliver all the goods, they have requested him(the supplier) to send the missing goods. A day latter I received an email that my parcel is now ready for shipping to Namibia. I logged in to my account to check for the parcel details such as weight and dimensions, only the weight of the parcel was displayed(12.5 kg).

I emailed their customer support to request them to add the carton dimensions, two days later no reply, on the third day I decided to call them, we spoke and after the call, they emailed me the dimensions of the carton.

Excited, I used their shipping estimate calculator and when I enter the weight (12.5kg) to Namibia without the carton dimensions the shipping rate was 127 Sterling Pounds. When I entered the dimensions to work out the volumetric weight (12.5kg) manually, shipping rate to Namibia was around 78 Sterling Pounds. I played around with their calculator to understand their rates more, however i found out that, the shipping rate of a 12kg to Namibia was 75 Sterling pounds, a 13 kg would cost 77 Sterling Pounds and it didn't make sense that a 13kg would cost less than the lighter 12.5kg (127 Sterling pounds). I also checked the shipping rate of a 12.5kg to neighboring country South Africa and it was 74 sterling Pounds.

I emailed Parcel flow asking that they rectify all the mistakes, to change the formula so the shipping rate is calculated correctly, remove consolidation and remove VAT.
