Some guy with a strong east Indican accent, claiming to be one of over 100 employees, who in fact happens to be the only one that ever answers the phone... he asked to be given access to my computer as 'it was the only way to refund the money into my account'. When i said no, he said the only other way to refund was by issuing a cheque of $200.00, but that I had to give him back the difference by going to a nearby walmart and buying 2x$50.00 gift cards and give him the codes prior to him mailing the cheque. The conversation was so bizzare to say the least. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE PURCHASE NOR GET A REFUND OF $188.77. DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA! ITS A SCAM!
