Their website stated that I was REQUIRED by Texas law to purchase my drivers record for $20 extra, when in fact, it was not required. I was told that they did NOT need it. This is false advertisement from a course I have used for defensive driving & so far, 3 of my kids have used for driver's ed. I am very disappointed in the "resolution" of refusing to refund something that was clearly a misrepresentation of the truth. I have referred this site to so many of my friends and family, but this will not happen again.
Very disappointed in what was once a "trusted source".
Tip for consumers:
Verify the information with your state laws. I would not trust them again, since they clearly misrepresented the truth.
