The class was thorough. Lots of great content. They could clean up some of the quiz questions, though. For example, I erred on the side of safety in some cases and was marked wrong. If the questions were something like "at least 3 seconds" or "at least 300 feet" I would have gotten them right and still be safe. Also, the explanations of incorrect answers did not pertain to my mistakes so I never got a good explanation of what was wrong.

They lock you out and make you restart after not typing a phrase the same way you did (?) after 6hrs of work. Total waste of time. Avoid this company they reply with a computer not a person
I have been getting a $5 charge/month from this site as well as Aceable.com for roadside assistance. Tried to cancel online but they say they sent a link to billable email but have never received anything. Checked spam and junk. Tried my child's email with same result.
Can't remember even using these sites for online driving courses for my child! I won't tell you how many months I have been charged this due to embarrassment.

Not sure why some people are noting a problem with the certificate, mine came in the mail right away. This course was pretty painless and I did the self-study read on your own one, the cheapest method, but to keep it interesting there were still some videos to watch rather than only reading the slides. I recommend it to anyone looking for insurance or point reduction.
Artificial waiting periods drag this out forever. Strays from core mission of driving safety into child care and pet care. I'm certified in training development. Whoever cobbled this dribble together had no clue on the principles of adult learning. If I could have given this a negative score I would.

The course was pretty easy to do but then a few months later I see a recurring $5 charge for roadside assistance I never signed up for. They are so aware of this that when you call *******363 they only have 3 options, 2 related to the certificate and the last one is for the road side assistance. You cant speak to anyone to cancel but have to go though some convoluted testing back and forth to do so.

There should be a zero star for this site. I paid for their online defensive course only to encounter problems of the course being locked out. All that was available is the introduction. Their online support is none and i was emailed that i'm in line based on other customers before me, not letting me know how long or how many customers. Avoid this online course. There are many other better sites.
I have taken about a dozen online course the the past 18 months and this is by far the poorest quality. The information is tedious and uninformative. I was really hoping to learn something but there was virtually nothing useful. Got me my 15% insurance discount but was a terrible educational experience. Delaware should be ashamed to promote this course.
This driving course met all of my expectations. Directions were clear and my teen was able to navigate and successfully complete the entire program with no issues. Communication via email was prompt as well as with mailings. We had zero issues with iDriveSafely and will recommend this exact program to all of my friends, many of who have children quickly approaching driving age. Thank you!
I took this course back in July 2020 for driving school due to COVID. I had not realized that they were charging me $5 a month for their "roadside assistance" subscription that I did not sign up for. I called multiple times during businesses days and all I got was that they were currently closed. I texted the number as directed to due so and they said they would cancel my subscription. However, I did not ever authorize this subscription. FRAUD
I signed up, not realizing that this outfit would charge us monthly forever. Beware. I think it offers legitimate online courses (though I wonder whether they do this automatically, essentially without cost to them). But the incessant charging and apparently difficulty of canceling a subscription are big negatives.

The problem with this outfit is that they bill $5 month after month after month. I had understood it was to be a one-time charge.
This site is absolutely horrible. So many problems with the site starting with: chapters change after reading, when completing the section it won't let you take the test. I had to call them 6 or 7 times and I was only on Chapter or section 2. So many problems that I just gave up and had them refund my money.

I had a great experience with iDriveSafely. It was user friendly and even had a video option for those that learn better visually. You need a significant amount of time to go through this program (several hours) but it's informative and up to date with California driving laws. 8 definitely recommend it!
Their website stated that I was REQUIRED by Texas law to purchase my drivers record for $20 extra, when in fact, it was not required. I was told that they did NOT need it. This is false advertisement from a course I have used for defensive driving & so far, 3 of my kids have used for driver's ed. I am very disappointed in the "resolution" of refusing to refund something that was clearly a misrepresentation of the truth. I have referred this site to so many of my friends and family, but this will not happen again.

The driver’s record was not required, even though their site claims it is required by Texas law.
I have a appointment in 2 hours, i completed 86% of the course and the course is froze. If for any reason they need to check authenticity, all they should ask is to do is relogging but it just does not allow me to continue. They do not have customer care service number available at all. This is a BIG SCAM I do not recommend this website to anybody. They made few videos and minting money with out any customer service.

I guess anytime a company insists on not making their number available be ware. They didn't send the certificate to the DMV as promised. I went to the DMV myself and presented the certificate I printed and the DMV doesn't recognize it. There is no one or any customer service number you can call. This is terrible. I'll be talking about them on the radio all week. Terrible

Not much more to add that the others here havent already posted. My only hope in posting this is to hopefully let someone else know how bad this group is. From the out of date videos, horible website interface, lack of customer serivce - go ahead and try and find a number to call, this group is the worst. Avoid at all costs.
To be honest, just pay your traffic ticket and don't bother if this is offered. First, I had to pay $80 which was not specified in court. So, fine. $80 is less than my ticket, so may as well right? Nope. I was told right on the website that my completion of the course would be reported to the courts/DMV and I didn't need to do anything else. That was a blatant lie. I'm still getting mail telling me I need to pay my ticket months later, after trying to figure this out numerous times.

The course is great, it is very easy to understand and really helpful to pass the online exam. But after class, it will need extra money for mailing the certificate. Because it just have electric one including the fee, but I have not received the electric one now even if I have received the mail. It is about $19. But I do not know whether other course need that extra money.
