If you haven't already paid them DON'T. They don't do what they say the will. My son took the course and could not get credit from SC for it spent hours trying to figure it out before we found out we had just been ripped off

Sorry, I can't help you except to say demand a refund - this co. Is screwed up in every way possible! After many problems w/them I threatened to contact the Atty. Gen. Of my state if I did not get a full refund. That finally worked. Get a refund and RUN from this horrific company!
