I have given Bloomex 3 chances to get it right. I live in the U.S. and I thought Bloomex would be the perfect solution for my husband and I to send his Mother flowers for birthdays, Mother's Day etc. Well on 2 previous occasions, the orders were late, but I still gave them another chance this year for my Mother in law's birthday. I ordered a week in advance, ordered them to arrive a day early, (based on previous experience.) I started to get nervous the day before the expected delivery and I called to verify they would indeed be delivered the next day. They assured me that there would be no problem. The day they were supposed to be delivered, I had not received an e-mail by 2:00 so I started to panic and attempted to speak with customer service. I kept getting a message that no one could speak with me, so leave a message and someone would return my call. I did so, and also went on "live chat" to speak with someone who said there was an investigation into why they were not delivered. By that time, the phone line was closed for the day (at 4:00 pm) and I had to wait until the next day to call. After 3 attempts to reach a live person, I finally reached someone who said there was a "technical glitch" which caused the flowers not to be delivered on the day they were supposed to. I said well this is the next day, will they be delivered today? She said no, it is too late today. It will be tomorrow. I will put in a new order and upgrade your flowers to a larger bouquet. I was not happy since this would be AFTER her birthday, so another occasion was ruined by them, so never again will I order from them. The customer service is non existent, the live chat is a joke and they simply could care less if you get what you pay for. For a company that charges $14.99 for delivery to deliver 2 days late is totally unacceptable. Save your money. Buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
Do not plan on the gifts arriving on time for a special occasion. Plan the date days ahead of when you need it. Better yet, save your money and use a local florist.

Allpoetry has been my home for posting poetry for 14 years this August. I was a little surprised at some of the reviews, because in all those years, I have rarely had an issue. Once when I did encounter a person with a grudge who was attempting to harass me, the issue was taken care of promptly. I have not experienced any issues with plagiarism on AP as I have on prior sites. Kevin (the owner) has always been kind and supportive to the members, even when he faced a lot of backlash when making ANY changes to the site. People don't like change and they tend to believe they can speak rude when they have to face changes because some are paying members. As far as the cost being extreme, I totally disagree. I feel the price is well worth what we get, not to mention, he runs specials frequently. You are able to use the site free of charge if you choose to do so. AP has given me a place to post my work with no issues as well as enabled me to make lifelong friendships in the process. The mods as well as the owner Kevin in my experience have been kind, helpful and professional.
