I checked my order confirmation and the sizes on the blinds were incorrect. I immediately did a chat with your customer service rep and I got excellent service and advice on how to remedy the problem. Bravo on outstanding customer!
New customer. I got very nice samples and I wanted to try a small order to see what the blinds actually look like. I plan to redo the entire house and I'll use SelectBlinds if the blinds are as good as your customer service.
Don't expect a responsive customer service team from this site. I wanted to redeem a Groupon and I had a question about the sales tax I was being charged. My question was ignored. I probably never will order from this company again, but I will reserve my decision until I see what they ship me. From some of the other reviews, it could be real low quality and not what was expected (red vs white).

“Hi Lynn, they are scam artists. They are in California, not far from me and people are so aloof here they know they can get away with murder. I suggest stay away from them and hand pick your wines. Good luck, Maurice”
