I am a repeat customer several times over. I have only had one sub-par experience with a faulty shade, which was immediately replaced upon my submitting photos/video. Lifetime customer here for ease of use, price, sample selection, affordability, and customer service throughout the process as well as if something goes wrong along the way. My order came through in great shape, packed well and with all necessary equipment. However I am surprised on how long it took from ordering to receiving. Also, surprised how mediocre and flimsy the products are. So fragile, I thought they might break installing the. Even the thin plastic plug guard doesn't sit properly and pulls at the thin shade. Not surprised if the shades make past a couple of years Unless I'm the one carefully using them.
We've ordered from Select Blinds several times and it's always easy and quick. The measuring instructions are spot on — we've never not had the right size when our roman shades arrive, and everything is well packed and shipped with care. Super fast manufacture and shipping, nice selection of styles and fabrics, and it was awesome to get free samples (which we did repeatedly) to see things in person even while ordering online.
We had one shade that buckled a bit with a sewing error at the bottom, but Select Blinds offered to remake the shade and ship it free of charge. No hassle, and got the replacement shade very fast. It was one of the better customer service experiences I've ever had.

I can't begin to explain how wonderfully friendly they were and how respectfully they treated me. I've already recommended them, very highly I might add, to numerous friends. Called to ensure I ordered length correctly so the blinds would align. My call was answered right away and with a little direction, got the answer needed.

Easy to get samples. Fabrication and shipping was quick. Two of three blinds ordered were delivered with issues that make them unusable. The weights on the cell blinds are sheared to one side leaving the blinds crooked when open - simply unusable. Spoke with customer service twice with no help offered - told it was likely a shipping issue. Spoke with warranty staff member who provided a video for me to fix myself - this was not effective.
Contacted customer service twice within a week after blinds were delivered. When installing new blinds found that two of three were defective as they hang crooked when partially open (too much weight on one side) - each staff member promised resolution but there was no follow up call or email. Contacted warranty department once for same issue and I was provided a YouTube video to repair myself- this was not effective.

I have ordered several times from Select Blinds and have never been disappointed. This time I ordered the cellular shades that can be lowered from the top if needed and also raised from the bottom. They look terrific in our office/music room and in the window at the top of our stairs. They also give us many choices for arranging them for privacy when needed. Buying blinds can be a daunting experience. They aren't the most fun item to purchase and they are really expensive! This was not my experience with SelectBlinds. They made it the selection process simple with tangible samples that came quickly in the mail. With exact measurements I was able to custom fit two of my "off-sized" windows in my house with a fun flare. And they were so easy to install and now so smooth to use! 10/10 recommend.
I saw a video of the easy-install on Pinterest and saw the material and company was local (not overseas and therefore I knew it would be better quality - I was right!)
I ordered a woven wood shade blind. After install, we notice it was not level on the bottom…it hung lower on the right when pulled down.
I sent an email with photos. They offered to replace. The replacement came in and it's has the same problem as the first. Only difference- it hangs lower on the left now.
No better off than we are with the original order.
The problem was not resolved.
Previous customer. All products until this recent product have been outstanding. Truly disappointed with it now.

I was able to do this whole process myself, online without any customer support help. It was quick and easy and I'm super happy with my new blinds! I ordered some free samples which came pretty quick, measured my own windows as the website instructed me to do so, and placed my order! The blinds came in a few weeks and turned out great!
It really is worth measuring up your own windows doing it yourself. You get free samples to decide what you want and you can see the quality in the products right there. I got the woven shades with a beige backing and it's perfect for privacy and very quality looking.
If I had any questions, somebody was at customer service available to answer all questions and follow up on orders and delivery! What a nice company. Thank you so much.

I didn’t want to pay a lot extra for custom blinds. These are equally as good. I did not mind putting the work in.
We've ordered from SB for years. Decent price, fast shipping and great products. Obviously haven't had an issue, otherwise we wouldn't be repeat shoppers. It was so easy to go into our account and fine recent purchases, and tailor our new purchase off of that. Made it super convenient.

The blinds are beautiful but I made the mistake of not ordering the top valance cover and seeing the white background on the roll at the top makes them look really cheap in person. I tried to order the valances afterwards which seems like they should be an easy snap on addition but I was told they cannot be added after order.
I was also told I could not order a yard of the material to have something custom made.

Purchased 14 windows of blinds, as I am not very good using the computer, I spoke directly with a customer service representative. She helped me by choosing the style and making sure the colors would match if I had to use a different style blind to coordinate all of them. The representative was on the phone with me for almost an hour and was so professional. I received my order and they all look and work beautifully.

I was or icing out blinds through big box stores and was amazed at how few standard sizes were available and the cost for custom blinds! I was able to easily order the size and style that I needed and they came so quickly - a week earlier than the date given on my order! They are great quality and easy to install. I'll be ordering again when we do the upstairs!
Easy of ordering and price
Accidentally placed the wrong shade texture/ density by the previous rep, but it was sort of my fault too. Called customer service and spoke to Donna. She resolved it after the research and called me back to inform me that she'll send the samples and then free of charge to replace. Donna is very experienced confident, and knowledgeable with the products. I would totally order from selectblinds. Really great experienced. She's a great asset to the company.
I miss measured one of my drapes. I contacted customer service immediately and they were very understanding and very absolutely the best at helping me to get it worked out by getting me a replacement at the correct size (even though it was my error in measuring). They even made a complimentary phone call to me to update me on the status of my order and to let me know that they had reimbursed me for the mis-measured drape. I really do love my new blinds! Their products are top quality and exactly as I expected them to be!
I was looking for blinds to match the ones in our new house and came across the select blinds website. Ordering was super easy and they had a great selection to choose from. Best thing was they were having a sale so I got custom blinds cheaper than the generic ones I would have gotten at the chain hardware store down the street. They came quickly and went in very easily.
They were the brand the previous owners used.
Samples take time and promotions are confusing at times. Delivery and siding were awesome and shades look great. Install was pretty simple to do HOWEVER needed to purchase all new stainless steel screws. Screws provided were not good quality and heads stripped out before getting into wall. Screws must go all way in for blinds to fit into space. Otherwise a positive experience!

Ordering was quick and easy. The pricing was great. We covered our patio door with a zebra shade in "waterfall". It cuts down the bright winter sun on a sunny day without obliterating our view. We use a motorized wand to set the shade. My husband installed it while I went shopping for a couple hours. He said it was straightforward. He had installed these shades on 2 smaller windows in our home, so practice makes perfect! :)
Value for the money. Easy installation. All of our other window treatments have cone from Select Blinds. We love the company!
The blinds arrived and seemed to be very quick to spin up into the casing and unwind. I had to pull them over and over to raise up and it pulled out of my grasp quickly. Very difficult to fix and it did it again when my wife opened them. I'm disappointed in the operation of the blinds.
We put the old blinds back up. They operate much easier. At this point, just a waste of our money

First time buying blinds online. Was worried about measuring correctly but everything worked out. Very positive experience. Only thing that could be improved is the installation directions (pictures did not match mounting hardware)
I ordered several samples to find the fabric and color I wanted which was extremely helpful. I input my order and was contacted by a salesman who gave me suggestions on measuring etc. The customer service was terrific! I got my blinds sooner than I had thought. They fit perfectly and look great.
