I miss measured one of my drapes. I contacted customer service immediately and they were very understanding and very absolutely the best at helping me to get it worked out by getting me a replacement at the correct size (even though it was my error in measuring). They even made a complimentary phone call to me to update me on the status of my order and to let me know that they had reimbursed me for the mis-measured drape. I really do love my new blinds! Their products are top quality and exactly as I expected them to be!
