This has been a frustrating first time order experience for an expensive pair of essentially -yoga pants. Order was placed on: Tuesday Jan 16th. Received a suspicious email correspondence on Jan 19th requesting sizing info saying, "Hello Lovely, We hope this email finds you well! We are so excited you were able to find some gorgeous pieces. It does look like the size was not selected for your item. Please confirm the size & length of your KiraGrace Pant and we will get your order shipped out right away! Xoxo"
At this point, I'm dumbfounded because I couldn't order the pants without clicking on the size. OK Maybe a computer glitch.
Almost 1 week later, Jan 22nd, I get a confirmation product will ship in 3-7 days.
So far, I'm not a fan. Adding insult to injury is the bombardment of Kira Grace emails since my order, attempting to sell me more items and asking me how I like the product I still have yet to receive. How would you feel in my shoes? I'll let you know if customer service replies, and if I get the pants.
