“COMPLETE SCAM”

My boyfriend ordered from beadwax for my birthday and he didn't even get a tracking number. He emailed a few weeks later and they said that they would sent one and never did. I wish I had found this website and read the reviews before we purchased. Complete scam and I'm very pissed off. We have filed a dispute with our bank.
