I made two complaints about undue charges and was not reimbursed even though the attendant recognized the error. I don't understand why I paid $299.68 in November, $44.98 in December and 44.98 in January, whereas cell phone internet service is only $29.00 and the condominium's internet and TV are already discounted internally. Furthermore, when I made the complaint in December, the customer service representative was extremely rude and impatient with me, threatening to cancel my account.

I bought an Iphone 11 locked by Sprint. This carrier has been taken over and their customer service is terrible. The customer service department was not available even after several attempts. I don't understand why they sell cell phones in these conditions. It's very difficult to resolve, you have to spend a lot of time on the phone and you end up having to return it. Be careful with your choice, no one is worried about what you will go through. Furthermore, ItsWorthMore does not offer a physical store, leaving you with no option.
