The worst customer service experience I've ever had.
I bought an online gift card for my father for Christmas, that was never sent to him. I continuously called the company, spent long periods of time just waiting on the line, even hours without answer. Finally, after over a week, I got a hold of a customer service person. At this point, I wanted a refund since it was January and past Christmas, and the gift was never sent. They told me they don't do refunds on gift cards which isn't indicated anywhere on their terms and conditions, nor anywhere on the website. The person told me that they would send the gift card to him again and never did. I now call almost three weeks after my initial purchase to dispute the charge once again, and they still didn't offer me a refund or any type if accommodations, and sent me the gift card during the call, pretending like it was already sent prior.
This business is trying to scam you. I am very disappointed, because I loved this brand for what they make.
Take this into consideration and don't shop there.
