After Delia's Boutique sent me defective merchandise (pair of pants with a hole in the fabric), I've contacted them multiple times and they have NOT responded about a return/refund. Their written policy says I can return the merchandise, but they have refused to provide details on how to do it.

They are a bad business, and fraudulent - I'll not do business with them again.

Tip for consumers:
Why doesn't the company live up to their own published return policy?
