Over one month of not hearing a single word from this company and checking the reviews of over 800 people about this company, I file a fraud claim with my bank. I also emailed the company to tell them that I did not want anything from them now and to cancel anything that they ever had with me as a result of their deceiving tactics. The day after I emailed them the cancellation, they sent me an email for the first time saying, cancellation is too late, here i the tracking number - we just shipped the items. Their return policy on their website is a joke. No return address and just about everything in their website is final sale. Which falls in another category of no returns. I have reported them to the attorney general, but please know this is a company housed in China, using different names and addresses in the USA- a total joke. Let me predict what is going to happen next as I see it in all the reviews: they are going to reply back with " I am so sorry for your disappointment. We are here to help you, please contact us with your order number...". It is all a charade,
