Some good deals, some duds. I've bought a few things I was happy with at a good price. More than once though I've had to fight with them to get a credit or refund when a Final Sale item was not as described...descriptions are often terrible.

I'd ordered from this site a few years ago and was disappointed - wasn't happy with what I got and return shipping was high. Couldn't resist when I saw the nearly identical bag I have - that has a broken zipper, companies aren't making the quality they used to - for a fraction of the price. Limited selection of colors, but they were a real deal. Only complaint is lack of communication…I was never given any updates after placing my order and it took a while to get a reply saying they'd already shipped.

Terrible. Did not deliver. Said they couldn't reach the florist when I called at the end of the day to find out why my mom didn't get her birthday flowers. Not that I'd use them again anyway, but never sent me the promised money-off coupon as a make-good. The only good thing I can say is that they did provide the refund pretty promptly. Never again.

Only order if you have seen what you're getting IN PERSON and have several weeks to wait. I've ordered six times and have been mildly disappointed at least half of those times in the merchandise. My latest order was the last straw: the two clothing items I ordered were at least four sizes smaller than the marked/stated size. With their across the board no return policy, I don't have much hope of recovering the $49 I paid. Most of the stuff is on here FOR A REASON - it would be unsellable in a retail store.
