POOR QUALITY and SHAPLESS. Save your money and do not get hooked by the attractive discount. I really wanted to like this company and their product. This sweater looked the nicest out of the 4 I ordered, unfortunately it turned out to be low quality.
I bought 4 different items, immediately returned 3. I ended up keeping the Hannah Sweater. I wore it once and the delicately hand washed it after, air died it flat like I do all my cashmere items. Unfortunately, it stretched out and lost all shape. Sleeves are awfully long now as well. I have had a cashmere sweater from Old Navy for 20 years now and the quality does not even compare.
When I contacted the customer service, I had a terrible experience. The customer support listed number is not working. They offered a store credit then rescinded it.
I would NOT RECCOMEND buying it. I negative experience with Costumer Service, I will not be a returning customer.
