Ordered toothbrush wanted to return didn't need another expensive toothbrush. Called them they try to discourage you from returning. You have print your order form. Send it with your name birthday etc., etc. all at your cost. And they take 10 to 12 weeks to refund you with a visa gift card that expires in 6 months.
Worst customer service. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
I wouldn't buy from them if they were the only company on earth. Go to Amazon. Much better to deal with and cheaper
