When my mug arrived the image was positioned too close to the handle and the names were blurry and difficult to read. To Gossby's credit they offered to redo and replace the mug but I declined. The text font that they used for the names is cursive script and quite small and a replacement seems to just be a waste of resources as it will likely be the same. 2 stars for the product 5 stars for customer service, so 3.5 stars overall
