I tried getting the grey Vapormax for £150 on JD sports online. I added two by mistake. Would it let me reove one? No!
I spent about 20 minutes trying to do this. So, I've lost out on trainers, they've lost out on a sale.

Tip for consumers: sort your shopping experience out and make it easier to use
I ordered an XL grey gilet and paid ten pounds for the yearly delivery. What did I get the next day? A pink, medium T -shirt. Absolutely useless! And then they expect you to print out a postage label and take it to a shop when it's their mistake? No thanks. I didn't want to bother with mail order as it is. This has definitely put me off making any future online purchases. I'd rather just go to town
