I'm having legal problems with my family and have been doing my own research when possible. Bought the 7 day trial, used it the first two days and then was occupied with other projects. I was billed for the month and when I came back to it several days later, I found out that because of where I live, I can't access the service. I contacted customer service pretty much expecting the run around, but to my surprise Joan and their staff had the whole thing figured out and a fair resolution in place in like 24 hrs. It turned out to be a breathe of fresh air it what was otherwise a stagnant week. Thanks again for your prompt assistance.
