2 weeks later: no website anymore, no helpdesk anymore.
Site was registered in the USA. Seems this person has more. co.uk business running here, mainly software and computer hardware. Read other reviews.
Raised issue at FTC.gov, and now I hope I can get money back from bank.
Do not order products at stores without proper UK location.!
