I ordered 3 Clinic coats from Uniform Advantage and had them embroidered. The coats were mad in Bangladesh and are so flimsy that the dry cleaner starch did not stiffen up the material. It looks very unprofessional and the coats are unusable. Customer Service told me the fabric changes through the year and offered 10% 0n my next order. No Thank you. Poor quality/Poor Customer Service.
Tip for consumers:
Customer Service rep was polite but did NOTHING to address my issue. Perhaps this is a company policy, a poor one at that
