I worked here two years and NEVER got automatic bonuses. I hired at the top of the pay scale and they "give" bonuses instead of raises to those in that situation. I was promised $300-$400 bonus/quarter. Instead, I got raises amounting to less than $70/quarter! I discussed this with the Executive Director but never got bonuses. He went on and on spewing the corporate lies. Horrible excuse for a person but a great company man (saving the company thousands of $$ I'm sure).

If you like mugs and cups, you'll get plenty of them as ataboy gifts.

Trilogy wastes lots of $$ on needless frills which do nothing to enhance employees/residents care and satisfaction. If they would eliminate the waste, maybe they could give the promised bonuses. Yah, right!

My direct manager that hired me was a great person with MANY years in the business. They lied and lied to her about getting a waiver for COVID inoculations, until she finally had to leave due to all the emotional stress they put her through. Then they replaced her with someone who had NO experience in the health care business or as a manager and they got what they wanted. Someone who would tow the company line. Horrible "manager" who showed up for work when she wanted and left when she wanted and did god knows what. She left me alone because she had NO IDEA what I did and couldn't help/direct/guide me in any way.

There are NO HOLIDAYS. You accumulate paid time off and if you are sick, they take PTO days. Also, if you contract COVID while working there, you are forced to vacate the facility for ten days, which they will gladly use your accumulated PTO and deduct the remaining days out of your pay.

Overall the employees are good, honest, hard working people managed by lying, low-life excuses for human beings.

Wouldn't send my worst enemy there to work.

I am writing you before filing a complaint with the Indiana Better Business Bureau in hope of resolving this satisfactorily.

I had booked a service to have some plumbing work done in my home. When the "serviceman" arrived (1 hour and 40 minutes late), he was driving a personal vehicle with NO identification on it. I asked him who he worked for and he said "Angi". He was wearing no uniform nor did he have any visible identification. I asked him if he was a licensed plumber and he said "no". I immediately called Angi and told them I did not want a non-licensed person performing plumbing work on my home. I asked the Angi representative if I could send him away and they consented.

I told him he could leave as I did not want a non-licensed person doing plumbing work on my home. He went out to his car and took his time before pulling out of my driveway and then proceeded to park in front of my home. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, I walked out and asked him to leave as I was uncomfortable with his presence. He refused to leave and I stated that I would call the police if he did not. He did not. I called the police, and after about 5 minutes, he finally left.

In the meantime, I was still on the phone with the Angi rep and they said they had cancelled the appointment and there would be a $50 charge for the cancellation. When I tried to dispute the charge due to Angi sending an unqualified person to perform work in my home, she said that I had agreed to this when booking the work online. The stated "agreement" only says that I would be charged the price of the service if I cancelled within 24 hours notice of the appointment time.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one would call me in "24 to 48 hours"!

Your organization states it books "pros" for assigned jobs. Sending an unlicensed person to do plumbing work is BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE and, most likely illegal in Indiana. Also the "pro" (Leonardo L) could NOT speak English beyond yes and no.

I wish to have the $50 charge on my credit card reversed. I have started a charge dispute with my credit card issuer. Also, I believe you should seriously consider whether Leonardo L should be utilized further by Angi.

Finally, I see that Angi has over 2600 complaints filed since 2020 with the Indiana Better Business Bureau!

Tip for consumers:
I see that Angi has over 2600 complaints filed in Indiana since 2020!
