I purchased e-tickets over two weeks ago and have still not received the download.
I have paid for flights and hotel as we aren't from London.
This was booked for my sons 16th birthday.
I emailed fanpass and still haven't had any reply.
Do I need to phone my credit card company and report as fraud to get my money back?

It seems that our support staff have replied to your emails.
Please note that for majority of the events, tickets are only issued close to the date (24-48 hours before) to avoid counterfeiting.
In any case, you will receive an email once your e-tickets are ready to download from your Fanpass account
The tickets simply need to be printed off if they are PDF tickets, or to save them onto your phone if they are Mobile QR code. You will then just need to scan them at the gate in order to access the venue.
