To me he seems to be very honest with his trade and take the timeout to explain the replacement process and the expectations. All my questions and concerns were assured! My windows and Patio door came on-time and were professionally installed by the installation team who were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Clera (Kingston) to my friends and family and will use them again in the future. I got some many compliments on the new installations that I am already thinking about replacing another set of windows.
