My opinion as a 40 year veteran auto tech...Be careful, all the info I just read was false and seems to be there just to sell parts you won't need! I had a code Po13A which indicates a problem for the PCM to read the downstream O2 sensor which it's sole purpose is to monitor the catalytic converter and in no way make the engine run rough AT ALL! If a fuel pump, mass air flow, injector or anything else for that matter was not working properly you have different codes including info from the UPSTREAM O2 sensor which monitors the engines performance, so again in my opinion STEER CLEAR from this company!

I Have had this phone for 6 years, has a corded base phone with answering machine and 2 cordless phones with separate charges, I lost one of the cordless phones March 6 2023, turns out I left on the wiper cowl of a customers car at my auto repair shop and found it on October 30 2023 after one of the rainiest summers ever, I shook all the water out and put it on the charger for the night, and it works as good as ever. I have been a mechanic for 40 years, so take this as a professional opinion, 3 sets of rear shocks in a Mazda 2 within 2 years same car, car only weighs 300lbs in the rear I could probably bench press it LOL, company rep won't even return calls! That in it's self should show the quality of the company and it's employees! Take this as a warning, "DON'T BUY MONROE"!

I have been a mechanic for 35 years, a long time ago doorman's help line was the best, but somewhere down the line they incorporated China's TERRIBLE quality of manufacturing into ALL of their parts! I have had Bad Thermostat stat housings, VVT solenoids, Vent valves, purge valves, and even an oil pan that they could NOT build without it leaking at the drain plug! How horrible is a company if you can't even stamp out a flat piece of crappy Chinese metal... So the moral to this story is at whatever the extra cost may be purchase your parts elsewhere and do NOT buy from this company, you will be disappointed! As you can clearly see Doorman's name on the pan, The leak, and the the Origin (CHINA)!

Get ready for a million phone calls, a million emails a day, can't spam them, can't junk folder them, can't write a review on their own website, don't even type their name into google or you will be sorry!

Not sure if boxed wrong, built wrong, listed wrong! There is NO-ONE to talk to. They want you to just keep ordering until you get right I guess! Zero customer service or help, it will now take me weeks before this car is drivable again. I torched the front engine Ypipe off after the new walker pipe was delivered and it does not reach the rear manifold Cat about 3" short
