The ring is beautiful however once you purchase from them you will never hear from them again. I needed to get a ring resized since my now fiancé has lost a little weight and over the last 7 weeks and 4 emails through me in addition to 1 email from the soon to be wife, not a single response on receiving a reply. Wrote you purchase the ring they will answer any question you have but once the payment is made their automated system will have a bland reply as to the status of your order and again Ghost once you're order has been delivered. I truly recommend that you do not purchase from this company simply because of the service that is provided. Wish I could submit the screen shots of the multiple attempts to reach out to them as proof.
Tip for consumers:
Highly recommend that you get the actual size the first time. If you are off then you will have to go to a local jeweler to pay and get it resized and if you can’t do it with the company you purchased the ring from in the first place then why continue business with them
