1st they sent me info tracking -no such site. 2nd they gave different dates. I ordered the correct size and their site states order true size. They sent me a size 9 or 10. You didn't need to try them on because they were that much to big. I have a copy of my order that states a size 71/2. They try to say I ordered wrong size. I will continue this till I am satisfied with my refund. They kept the shoes I sent back and the money. Maureen PS I don't know how to add images.

I purchased the shoes from SHOPHQ. Read their refund policy 1st. I did not know this was not one of SHOPHQ products. BUYER BE WARE
