Some of the items can seen expensive, but they are good quality and the products work. The company has a good eco-friendly policy where the items come in cloth bags and the packaging is 100% recyclable.

There is also a loyalty club where you can get 100 points on your birthday which equals £10, and you get points that you can redeem on purchases.

I had a membership for 3 years, and I am finally free because if you cancel the you lose all your allowance. The idea is to pay a fee so that you can buy at member prices, but these prices are above average, and you are not getting premium products. In the end, I was buying items to use up the allowance and not even things I wanted or needed.

The products are a little better than own brand items from pharmacies or supermarkets, and instead of saving money I wasted money as they do not allow returns if you have an allergy. The packaging is good, and the delivery is quick but the actual products are dreadful. I use high end brands such as Elemis, Shisedo, Clarins, and Murad. The BP products are nothing like them. Most items were given away, or thrown out, and may sit unused after a few uses.

You will see lots of positive reviews, but you wonder what people used before? BP does not like criticism and so reviews in other places tend to get hidden, and they tend to blame the user. When a product is useless, it is not the fault of the customer. I have the most expensive skincare item which is the £100 mask (alleged price) and it is horrid to use and does nothing except make my skin feel dry even though it is supposed to hydrate. There is no free postage either, and so you have to factor that in with each order.

I once gave this company 5/5 now I give it 2/5. The customer service is appalling, slow and they don't have a clue what to do except stall you. I recently bought a set, only to find it was actually a FREE GIFT a company had given them as a promotion. The set was labelled 'your gift' and said 'not for individual sale'. They tried to tell me that meant the individual items, and that they had sold the set previously, and it was not a free gift (even though the package says it's a gift!).

Basically as I have worked in the industry I know the terminology used, and it refers to the set, and I also saw the set being offered as a free gift earlier in the year.

By trying to treat me as dumb, I was passed to a team leader who basically said if you don't want it send it back. What they have done is sold an item and profited that they never paid for, and that is against the law. Maybe on eBay or other sites it's fine, but not a retailer. I have contacted the company concerned for clarification as I am sure they are not happy that a company is selling free promotional gifts for profit. If it was a retail set such as a Christmas set or travel set it would not say 'your gift' on the packaging.

I had a gift card I had won and visited the site to use it. The choice of products was excellent, and the whole checkout procedure was easy. My goods arrived very quickly, and they emailed confirmation of the order immediately. I was able to use a discount code and my gift card on sale items which was great.

I would use them again, and recommend them to friends.

  • Abercrombie & Fitch

In general Abercrombie can be overpriced for somethings, but I prefer the online store as I can pick and choose items, and often there are discounts on clearance prices. That's the best time to buy.

Delivery is quick, but some items do sell out, and they ship items separately too if they are out of stock. Check your emails for special codes too, because they are worth it.

Bear in mind the company sells discontinued or excess lines, so it's no frills here, so when it's sold out, it's gone. I've used them a couple of times and the service is good, but could be better.

Sometimes the website isn't updated, and items go out of stock, or a photo isn't accurate, but given the huge discounts this can be over looked. Delivery isn't fast, but arrives within the allotted time (within 5 working days). You have to make it worthwhile to place an order as free delivery is when you order £40 or sometimes a promotion when they lower the threshold to £20.

  • Namecheap

I prefer Namecheap to buy my domains, and I've only had a few issues when there are offers and it takes a while to process them, but they do honor the codes.

The control panel can take a while to get used to, and some of the FAQ guides could be written without so much geek speak.

I'm much happier with Namecheap than other companies I have used. There are a few issues from time to time, but overall reliable, and they do have a good customer service from what I have used.

I have to admit my order arrived quickly and the products were excellent for a beauty box. I didn't think I would have any issues as I canceled the monthly subscription as soon as the box was desptached the next day by the 23rd of the month.

I received an email a week later saying my June box was on its way. I hadn't ordered it, nor did it show up on my account as an order. I contacted LF via all mediums and, yes 100+ people can't be wrong. No response for a day despite writing negative tweets, and FB messages. I then got a reply to say I had subscribed and I had to see out my term (a month which I had) clearly an incapable being who can't read, and unprofessional as it took so long to reply.

I can only deduce they have so many complaints they can't handle them. My situation is ongoing, but as a beauty blogger, they are going to get the worst review ever if they don't resolve this. I'll probably like the box, but it's the principle, that I didn't order it and followed their guidelines. Also the customer service girl should have known I was within my 14 day cooling off period, and by cancelling I was exercising my right to cancel. This was ignored or the girl didn't understand it.

Yes, these reviews are real. The customer service is bad, and is long winded. If they don't resolve things I will just keep writing bad reviews and post them on my site and social media.
