The worst experience - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have had three no shows from them now. Each time I've been sitting around waiting for the cleaner to turn up and each time being let down and had my time wasted. I was told that the most recent no show was because they simply decided to cancel all my cleans without letting me know simply because I used their 'pause' function whilst I was away for the summer. The customer service was completely unapologetic and couldn't really care less, no compensation or support was offered they just told me that I should go back online and book new cleans. Really don't recommend as they just let you down and mess you around without caring.
