Well after it took three weeks to get my order from a website (They shipped it out overnight, DHL had it for three weeks) It was stationed in Ottawa for a week (I live an hour out of Ottawa, so I don't understand why it was there for a week.) and the updates on my tracking didn't make sense. It would go to Ottawa then be headed to my town, then it would be back in Ottawa. After overpaying for the EXPRESS shipping (2-5 business days, took over 10 business days instead) I recieved my order and then I had to pay an additional $15 for customs. So I'm at over 50% price of my actual order in shipping alone. The box was a bit damaged but luckily the website I order from knew that they were doing and packaged it nice and safely inside.
I will absolutely NEVER use DHL again, I should have checked out the ratings online first.

There are so many pros to this website it's ridiculous, I love the things they have here and everything came safe and sound... but my only problem is the shipping. I'm about to place another order because I loved the first one... but I can't get it sent to my house. For a $90 we're looking at about $70? If I didn't live right next to the border I'd never order from here again. I don't understand why it costs 80% of the total price of the order to get it shipped to Canada. If I do order again, I won't use DHL. DHL is the absolute worst. I'd rather pay the extra $10 and get it sent with USPS.

I absolutely LOVE Coastalscents! I've ordered from them twice before and both times I received everything well packaged and safe, and they even threw in some samples. Everything always came fairly quickly (I live in Canada, and customs always takes awhile) though the shipping is very expensive if you don't live in the United States. Hence why I get it sent across the border and I go pick it up there instead.
I'm placing another order with them next week.
