I've been with EveryPlate for about 9 months. I usually skip boxes that I don't want. I forgot to go in and skip one for this week. Having never forgotten before, I was hoping for assistance from customer service. While it is my fault for neglecting to skip this week, I would have expected some kind of help. The food was fine, but the service is terrible. If I want to do a meal kit in the future, I'll look elsewhere.
