After having no luck over the course of more than 2 weeks reaching out to Hopper via their app and social media accounts, they did finally reach out to me thanks to a previous review on this site. They have offered to take corrective action over my concern, and I am satisfied with the resolution.

Tip for consumers:
A nice little aggregator. Use this app for watching flights and comparing prices, it's really very excellent for that.
