I ordered a three-month subscription of one box of chocolates per month as a birthday gift for a relative. I had to beg for weeks to get boxes 2 and 3 delivered, throughout which I repeatedly asked customer service to just issue a refund -- at the request of my poor relative who got tired of checking/waiting for the boxes not to arrive -- and customer service systematically ignored me. They told me that holiday orders, presumably placed in November or December, were causing delays. Meanwhile I had placed my order in mid-October, so I guess orders placed later were more important.
