I decided to fix my broken screen myself. Received ordered item and I found I had purchased the wrong item. Immediately sent email to company explaining that I didn't think I had received all the items because once I took my phone apart, it appeared to be missing some things. I received a very fast response the next day from Mark, explaining that likely ordered the wrong item. I double checked and had in fact ordered the wrong item. Mark continuously kept in contact with me via email, gave me good instructions on the next steps, processed the return for an exchange and billed me for the difference all in a matter of a few days. I have worked in customer service my entire life and very rarely do I receive VIP treatment like I have recently from Phone Remedies. This was my very first interaction with this company and will return in the future if needed. Thank you, Mark, for your prompt replies and clear communications regarding policies and return/exchanges/products, it is very much appreciated.
