I haven't ordered through Grubhub in a while as I had a very poor experience with a delivery and then their customer service un-professionals.
So I decided to give them another shot. Ok maybe I didn't want to pay a $6 delivery fee to Favor.
I placed my order. Was ready outside for when they arrived, as it was a late lunch, and nothing.
I checked the time they had sent me and it had past. I tracked my order through the app and it said it had been delivered. It had not.
I went to the Help icon on the app and reported that I had not received it.
The customer (didn't care) agent said she was sorry and that she had checked with the driver and he said he had delivered.
I again let her know that it had not.
She again said she was sorry and that she was giving me a refund. I'm pretty sure that's what they said last time and it never happened.
I asked if they could just resend my order that I should have received and she said "no" of course.
Moral of the story - Don't waste your time ordering from these crooks. Spend the extra 3.01 with Favor and actually get your food.
