I've had the 10x20 carport for 5 years now. Bit beat up. I wanted to replace the canopy and a couple cross pieces. But have never been able to reach anyone. I tried contacting them on Instagram and Facebook as well as email and of course their posted phone number. I be been on automatic hold for 30 minutes at a time, while ' their agents were busy with someone else' Numerous times. There are no agents to tslk to. If we really are directed to customer service in China, that explains why this is a sham. Product might be good, but the support sucks. In which case any warranty should be handled through Amazon. Get their 2-3 year Amazon warranty.
I read several reviews. People saying they had gotten in touch with someone and given run around. Evidently they don't want to help you.
I also noticed, laughfully that people complained their warranty started the day they ordered. It could be the day it shipped, But No company will start a warranty from the day it's delivered. That's naive. And dumb. No one can gaurantee that date.
